La Veta Medical Building

Richard Neutra’s design for the seven-story, La Veta Medical Building houses medical offices and an “ethical” pharmacy. The reinforced concrete building is finished in marble, granite, and Terrazzo. The building’s advanced, photoelectrically managed sun control system includes sculpted shades on the east side of the building and moveable vertical louvers on the west side.
