Carol Weston House

This small and affordable house was designed for a single schoolteacher. She purchased the site which was considered unbuildable at a tax sale for under $1000. To extend the small budget and similarly tight spaces, Neutra added a wide doorway past the kitchen to the carport, which was intended to serve as an extension of the social quarters.
