Nell Hees and Edward Rathburn House

For Nell Hees and Edward Rathburn, Richard Neutra designed an L-shaped house with luxurious amenities such as Terrazzo flooring which runs continuously from indoor to outdoor spaces. Among the built-in features are storage cabinets for a television and phonographs and a corner cabinet in the kitchen with two doors that make an awkward space more accessible.
