This live-work building was designed by Richard Neutra to accommodate his recent partnership with Robert Alexander as a place where non-residential projects could be designed. There are two apartments in the back opening into a back garden. Dion Neutra made the space available for curated shows displaying the work of local artists, hence its new name: The Neutra Museum/Apartments
